We do try our best to make the number plates in the shortest time possible but however if the number plates do turn up late they are down to the delivery company and not ourselves. 

Due to the number plates being custom made and made to order, we are not able to issue a refund for any reason at all unless there is a defect in the number plate which is very unlikely as each number plate will be quality checked and assessed at the packing stage.
